MEDINA — The city is hoping to monitor foreclosed properties with a registration program and levy fines against owners that don’t comply.
City Council’s Finance Committee approved the program last week, and it is expected to be voted on at next Monday’s City Council meeting. The ordinance would take effect 30 days after it’s approved.
