MEDINA — A 31-year-old Medina man was arrested Wednesday evening by police responding to a call that a drunken man with a handgun was holding a 1-year-old baby hostage.
Robert Lowe was charged with domestic violence, threatening domestic violence, aggravated menacing, using a weapon while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia.
