YORK TWP. — The driver of the vehicle that crashed into a school bus on Dec. 19 has been cited for reckless operation.
Matthew Perkins, 23, of Medina, was northbound on Abbeyville Road when he collided with a westbound school bus full of Buckeye Junior High students on Spieth Road.
